Box General Manager
Lucas began his career as a fitness coach in the USMC where he served 8 years. He was an assault helicopter crewman from 2008-2016 and a high intensity tactical training instructor coaching both strength and martial arts.
At Gig Harbor Strength, he was a strength coach providing personal training in addition to programming and instructing the BCP (Body Composition Program) which utilizes a combination of functional movements, strength and barbell, and HIIT.
Lucas has spent his life playing sports; baseball, football, wrestling, as well as martial arts, swim team, and later a swim coach. He has a goal of further developing himself in the CrossFit world and competing at local events for fun.
