Danielle has been doing CrossFit since 2014 got her L1 in March is 2018. She got her 200 hr yoga teacher training in 2012 and has been teaching yoga to CrossFiters since 2015. Danielle loves coaching because she love helping people achieve things they never thought were possible, and helping people improve their life though fitness. She loves spending time with her fur babies Ari and Gus and husband Bill when he’s not off protecting Issaquah.
Danielle hates deadlifts and handstand push-ups and is not good at kipping but loves anything with double unders and cardio weight Olympic lifts.
